PARALLELE-45 Drones

Regulations and Safety

PARALLELE 45 is registered with the DGAC (Directorate General of Civil Aviation) – DSAC (Directorate of Civil Air Safety) dependent on the Ministry responsible for transport.

The DSAC monitors the manufacturing and maintenance of aircraft, in accordance with European regulations.
It issues, for France, approvals of maintenance organizations, aircraft airworthiness certificates and mechanics licenses.

PARALLELE 45 is capable of carrying out flights in the national standard scenarios S1, S2 and S3 of of an operator of aircraft without crew on board

European Standard

Since January 1, 2026, French regulations have disappeared in favor of European regulations.It is now no longer possible to operate a drone flight within the framework of national scenarios, which will be replaced by the scenarios of the specific European category.

Parallele 45 anticipated this regulatory change with three remote pilots holding the CATS certificationand two others currently undergoing training. The drone fleet is also C2-certified (Mavic M3E) and C5-certified (Matrice M350 RTK).
